We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with cleaning your fan area. The inner hood should be wiped down with a damp towel or cloth after each use to deodorize the unit and remove any grease. There's also a Ninja discussion page that has some amazing tips and tricks from other people in the Ninja community. There are lots of recipes and advise on the best ways to clean your cooker. That is a great question! The Ninja Combi needs 1760 Watts, and 120 Volts.

We're sorry to hear the warming plate is reaching a higher temp than needed. You can adjust the time by pressing and holding the STAY WARM button until the clock flashes, displaying the time that the warming plate is currently set to turn off at. Quickly press the hour (H) and/or minute (M) button to adjust the time. To set the new time, press the STAY WARM button again or wait 5 seconds for the time to be set automatically. You can also turn the plate off by holding the "keep warm" button.

Thank you for your question! Metal shavings will collect on the sharpening wheel over time. We recommend cleaning the sharpening wheel every 6 months by removing the wheel and rising it under running water using a soft bristle brush.

@NinjaKitchenUS I didn't break it it's fine I just wanted to know if u can wash the inside of the base lol the only thing broken was my skin and bruised finger bone
